বিচার বিভাগের স্বাধীনতা ও রাষ্ট্রের সার্বিক সংস্কার বিষয়ে ইউপিএল আলোচনায় আলোচক ছিলেন বিজ্ঞ সিনিয়র সুপ্রিম কোর্টের আইনজীবী ব্যারিস্টার Jyotirmoy Barua স্যার। স্যার বলেন, "আমাদের আদালতে বাংলায় রায় হলে ভালো হত। ইংরেজিতে দেওয়া রায় বোধগম্য হয় না। তবে ইংরেজিতে এমন কিছু শব্দ আছে, যা বাংলা করতে পারার মত দক্ষ লেখক আমরা তৈরি করতে পারিনি। আমাদের সংবিধানেও কিন্তু সাধুভাষা ও চলিত ভাষার মিশ্রন আছে।

Dhaka Legal Practice , a multidisciplinary law firm in Bangladesh.

 Position: Legal Associate

 Location: 102, Ground Floor, Kakrail, Dhaka-1000.

 Vacancy for: 03 Candidates

• Education: LL.B. (Hons) degree from a reputable university either obtained in Bangladesh or abroad or acquired through external studies.

• Required work experience:
Minimum 2 years work experience at any leading corporate law firm(s) in Bangladesh only in vetting of land documents and banking documentation.

• Remuneration: Negotiable

The Legal Associate will be expected to work 6 days a week from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. approximately.
