Credence LP invites applications from qualified candidates for the position of Associate

Position: Associate
Number of Vacancy: 1(One)
Working Schedule: Saturday-Thursday, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Qualifications Required: Minimum LLB (Hon’s) and enrolment as an Advocate.

Experience Required: Minimum 12 months with substantial experience in corporate & litigation
practice.

Location: Banani Chambers, and would have to periodically attend Shegunbagicha and High Court Chambers as and when required.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

Requirements:
* LL.B. (Hon’s) from a reputed university
* Enrolled Advocate (preferred)
* Minimum 1 year of experience in land/property related matters

Work Scope:
The role includes appearances before District & Sessions Courts, AC Land Offices, Sub-Registry Offices, and other government authorities, with work across Banani, Shegunbagicha, and High Court Chambers.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
