Role Description
The Account Manager role at SJ Builders BD is a full-time, on-site position located in Chattogram. The Account Manager will oversee tenants account management activities to ensure tenant satisfaction, including building and fostering tenant relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that clients receive seamless support. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports, managing contracts, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, and ensuring tenant needs are met within established timelines.
Qualifications
° Strong interpersonal skills for fostering and maintaining client relationships
° Proficiency in verbal and written communication, including negotiation and presentation skills
° Organizational and project management abilities, with a focus on multitasking and meeting deadlines
° Basic knowledge of financial management, preparation of budgets, and account reporting
° A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
° Proficient in relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite
° Minimum knowledge in the construction, real estate, or project management sector
° Fresh Graduate and Related field
