Wings Migration is recruiting ONE (1) Child Care Coordinator (Group Leader) to support remote Northern Territory communities around Alice Springs.
💰 $84,246 base salary + Superannuation + Allowances
📍 Remote NT communities (around Alice Springs)
📋 Permanent Full Time | 38 hours per week
🛂 Visa Sponsorship available for eligible onshore candidates!
🗓️ Interviews commencing: 2nd week of June
✅ TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST:
• Be currently living in Australia (onshore only)
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Child Care Group Leader or Child Care Worker (ANZSCO 421111)
• Hold an ACECQA skills assessment in either of the above roles
• Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
• Have valid Australian work rights
• Be willing to relocate to remote NT communities
📋 ABOUT THE ROLE:
• Lead early childhood programs across multiple community sites
• Supervise and mentor a team of 2–6 local staff
• Deliver programs aligned with the National Quality Framework
• Coordinate daily operations, resources and logistics
• Provide operational reporting to management
