It’s assuming, “My family knows what I want.”

They might. But when emotions are high and circumstances are complicated, assumptions can create confusion and conflict.

A properly prepared Will gives your wishes a clear legal framework and can help your loved ones understand what you intended.

Don’t leave important decisions to assumptions. Put your wishes in writing.
