This shows how important the DECISION READY application is ☝️

First one was ENS TRT (from 457) Nomination lodged on 6 Feb 2019 and approved on 26 Apr 2019.

Second application was lodged on 13 Apr 2019 and approved today 1 May 2019, which only took 2 weeks and a bit 🤩

Given that the Department’s 90% of application processing time is 13 months, this is an impressive outcome👏👏👏

The Australian Government has just announced that the Migration Amendment (Family Violence and Other Measures) Act 2018 would commence on 17 April 2019.

This means that the approval of sponsorship before visa applications is necessary. Sponsorship application is not a visa application; therefore, the Visa Applicant would not be able to lodge a Partner visa and secure a bridging visa while wait for the sponsorship to be approved.
