Meet Clara 👋🏼

With more than three decades of experience across conveyancing, legal administration, and client-focused support roles, Clara brings a calm, capable and highly organised approach to every matter she manages. Prior to joining Coast to Coast Conveyancing, she most recently worked as a Senior Conveyancer in the Southern Gold Coast / Northern NSW region, managing a high volume of residential transactions from commencement through to settlement.

She thrives in fast-paced environments, consistently meeting deadlines, anticipating issues, and ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout the process. Clara has held senior conveyancing and paralegal roles with respected firms across Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales, developing strong expertise in PEXA electronic settlements, contract reviews and stakeholder communication.

Known for her attention to detail, problem-solving skills and warm, professional approach, Clara builds trusted relationships with clients, agents, lenders and colleagues alike. Her broader experience in office management, staff training, bookkeeping and administration further supports her proactive and solutions-focused work style.

Clara takes pride in working independently, taking ownership of her files, and delivering consistency, clarity and care across every transaction.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, playing golf, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. Having spent over 20 years raising her family in Tewantin, she is now looking forward to reconnecting with the Noosa community.

Meet Holly 👋🏼

Holly has been conveyancing since 2020, specialising in the South Gippsland area. Having grown up and worked on Phillip Island and coming from a household of Conveyancers, she has plenty of experience in the area.

Focusing on customer service and processes, Holly is passionate about a comprehensive start to finish, seamless and stress-free customer experience. Holly enjoys teaching and is able to explain conveyancing jargon and walk clients through the conveyancing process in an understandable and clear way. First home buyers and return clients are a particular highlight of the job and a fast turnaround is something Holly prides herself on as well
as developing relationships within the industry.

After completing a short stint working in Melbourne as a Paralegal, Holly also has some experience in commercial and interstate conveyancing to compliment her extensive Victorian residential experience.

When she’s not in the office, Holly can be found on the tennis court, at the snow or on the water, while working on her small creative business.

Michelle is a Licensed Conveyancer in NSW with over 25 years of experience in the property industry, helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence and clarity. Throughout her career, she has worked across private practice, including top-tier law firms in Sydney, property services, and legal technology, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the conveyancing process and the practical challenges clients often face.

Michelle understands that property transactions are not just legal matters; they are important life moments. Whether a client is purchasing their first home, selling a family property, or expanding an investment portfolio, she is committed to providing clear guidance, honest advice, and responsive communication every step of the way.
Her experience spans residential and commercial conveyancing, off-the-plan transactions, SMSF property purchases, and electronic settlements across New South Wales and Queensland. Michelle has also worked closely with the legal industry through Property Exchange Australia (PEXA), supporting lawyers and conveyancers in adopting electronic conveyancing and modern property settlement technology.

Clients value Michelle’s approachable nature, attention to detail, and genuine care for achieving the best possible outcome. She believes that good communication and strong relationships are the foundation of a smooth and successful property transaction.
