Diana Foye established Foye Legal in 2015 as a sole practitioner. The company Foye Legal, launched in 2016 and has swiftly grown to a formidable team of lawyers and support staff based in Market Street, Wollongong. Foye Legal offers a range of legal services including Personal Injury, Wills and Estates, Property and Military. In 2018 Foye Legal acquired Swan & Co Legal, a practice with shared values and professional service delivery standards. Foye Legal is now home to 15 staff (and growing) who enjoy flexible work arrangements and personalised professional development opportunities. At the heart of Foye Legal, we see ourselves as life-long partners with our clients, guiding them through the major events in their lives that afflict us all at some point. Creating opportunities that reach beyond our own community 💛

Foye Legal is proud to continue our longstanding support of Young Eyes, with part of this year’s sponsorship helping provide another computer for a class of 60 students in Cambodia.

We’ve supported Young Eyes from the beginning and it’s incredibly rewarding to see the opportunities this initiative continues to create for young people, both here at home and further afield.

We’re looking forward to the Young Eyes Festival of Innovation on 10 September, where Diana Foye will also have the privilege of judging and presenting the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.

In a recent NSW case, a worker's shoulder injury left her unable to exercise. The weight gain that followed was found to be materially related to her injury, and Ozempic was approved as reasonably necessary treatment.

Workers compensation isn't just about the original injury. Consequential conditions can be part of a valid claim too, as long as there's a clear causal connection.
