Last Friday we had the pleasure of celebrating a very special milestone, Charlotte officially becoming an admitted lawyer.

Charlotte has achieved this incredible accomplishment while balancing her law studies with her role as a valued paralegal in our team. Her dedication, perseverance and commitment have been truly inspiring, and we couldn't be prouder of everything she has accomplished.

Watching Charlotte grow, both personally and professionally, has been a privilege. This achievement is a testament to the hard work she has put in over the years, and it is so well deserved.

While we're going to miss Charlotte as she embarks on the trip of a lifetime, we couldn't be more excited for her as she begins this next adventure. We wish her safe travels, unforgettable experiences, and we hope she'll be back to join us as a lawyer before too long!

It was an absolute privilege and genuinely so special to move your admission.

"Pressure makes diamonds" and you Chelsea are a big shiny diamond. You’ve achieved this milestone under serious pressure, and you have handled it with grit, grace, and determination.

No matter what life has thrown at you, you kept going. You worked fulltime as a paralegal during the day, then backed it up night after night with full-time study, and still blitzing it with top grades. That takes discipline, heart and real strength.

I’m incredibly proud of you. Congratulations and welcome to the profession, Chelsea. I cannot wait to watch you flourish and absolutely smash it as a lawyer.

March was full and fun for our team!

We kicked things off in Mudgee at the Reflections in Law Conference, followed by a trip to Sydney for the Disrupting Tradition Conference. In between, we attended the Illawarra and Southern Highlands Annual Judicial Dinner and enjoyed a sunny beachside breakfast with the Southern Sydney Collaborative Professionals group.

These experiences provided valuable learning opportunities and, just as importantly, the chance to strengthen connections with our peers. Building a supportive professional community helps make the challenging work of family law more sustainable - and ultimately leads to better outcomes for our clients and their families.
