Meet Ellie, Solicitor

Next up in our Meet the CVC Law Team series is Ellie.
Recently admitted as a lawyer, Ellie brings around three years of experience in personal injury law, having started her career at a large firm specialising exclusively in personal injury matters.

Since joining CVC Law, Ellie has expanded her practice and developed a keen interest in Wills and Estate Planning, as well as Commercial and Business Law. She describes herself as a “mixed practice” lawyer, enjoying the variety of working across different areas of law while continuing to learn and build her experience.

Ellie brings a fresh perspective to the CVC Law team, along with a bubbly and approachable personality. She is committed to ensuring clients feel supported, informed and comfortable throughout their legal matter.

Meet Gavan Carboni, Solicitor

Next up in our Meet the CVC Law Team series is Gavan Carboni.

Gavan brings experience across a broad range of legal matters, with particular passion for personal injury and workers compensation. He assists injured workers across NSW, taking a personalised approach to ensure each client feels supported and guided throughout their compensation claim.

His experience also extends across civil litigation, employment law, insurance law, Work Health & Safety and SafeWork NSW prosecutions, as well as Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship.

Prior to joining CVC Law, Gavan worked with a leading national personal injury law firm representing injured claimants. He also has experience acting for employers in Work Health & Safety matters and defending prosecutions brought by SafeWork NSW.

Based in Wollongong, Gavan is committed to supporting clients throughout the Illawarra and achieving the best possible outcome for every matter.

The walk takes less than five minutes, so if you’ve visited us before, your journey will be almost exactly the same. We’ve simply moved to a beautiful new space where we’re continuing to provide trusted legal services to the Wollongong community.
