Paige joined CVC after gaining experience as a legal intern and paralegal and brings a Bachelor of Medical and Health Science to her role. Additionally, she is currently completing her graduate Bachelor of Law!

Working alongside our lawyers, Paige is getting hands-on experience across a range of matters and discovering which areas of law she’s most passionate about.

Her science background supports a careful, methodical approach to every file, and her curiosity and willingness means she’s always looking for better ways to support our clients.

Meet Julian!

Partner at CVC Law and one of the experienced solicitors behind our Wollongong team.

With more than 15 years’ experience and a Master of Laws, Julian works across family law, civil litigation, commercial property, criminal law and wills and estate planning.

He has a particular focus on family law, helping clients navigate parenting arrangements, property settlements and financial agreements with a strong emphasis on resolving matters early and, where possible, outside of Court.

Julian is known for making complex legal issues easier to understand, giving clients clear advice and helping them feel informed and confident throughout the process.

One of the solicitors behind the CVC Law team in Wollongong.

Olivia works across civil litigation, commercial property, debt recovery and wills and estate planning, helping clients navigate everything from business disputes to important personal legal matters.

Before becoming a solicitor, Olivia worked as a contract administrator, so she brings a strong commercial eye to her work and knows how important it is to spot the finer details before they become bigger problems.

Originally from regional NSW, Olivia’s approach is practical, approachable and focused on making the legal process feel a little less overwhelming.

Meet Diana, Solicitor

With experience across both law and finance, Diana brings a unique perspective to every matter she works on.

Before becoming a solicitor, Diana worked as a Financial Accountant across the motor and construction industries, before following her passion of law and completely her degree while working full time.

Now, she assists clients across Civil Litigation, Commercial Property Law, Wills, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship.

Her background means she understands that legal matters rarely exist in isolation. Whether it’s property, business or planning for the future, Diana takes a practical and considered approach to helping clients understand their options.

📍Diana is based at our Campbelltown office, but regularly assists clients across the Illawarra too.
