Conveyancing Assistant

🌟• Duties •

• Prepare settlement documents
• Carry out title/plan searches, submit EAS and liaise with local government authorities
• Liaise with clients and third parties in a professional manner
• Book and attend settlements
• Assist senior staff
• Attend to filing and outside work
• Ad-hoc duties as required

• Willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills, able to communicate in English and Mandarin, both written and oral.
• Ability to deal with a busy workload
• A can do attitude and attention do details
• Good teamwork and time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills and professional manners
• Proficient in MS Office
