That's a simple principle we've been working to put into practice at Penmans for some time now.

We started with estate planning, recognising that it wasn't enough to offer fixed fees for simple Wills and estate planning packages. Not everyone's circumstances are straightforward, and clients with more complex needs deserve just as much clarity about what their legal services will cost.

So we developed fixed fee packages for different levels of complexity, giving clients a clearer understanding of their costs from the outset.

We've now extended this approach to all of our residential conveyancing services, and over the coming weeks we'll be introducing more fixed fee packages across our Property and Development and Business and Commercial services.

Congratulations, Montanna!

We’re very proud to congratulate Montanna on completing her Certificate III in Legal Services (and way ahead of schedule!).

Montanna joined Penmans at the beginning of this year, and it has been such a pleasure to watch her flourish over that time. She has quickly become a much-loved part of our team and is an absolute joy to have around the office.

She brings warmth, enthusiasm and a genuine willingness to learn to everything she does, and we’re so pleased to see her hard work recognised with this achievement.
