THE HAPPY NEWS

Karma or Kismet (work or destiny)? When both come together, miracles happen. We have lodged an 8503 waiver request for the young applicant attached
to his visitor visa application.

The applicant's sponsor's health deteriorated after his visa grant. We have put forward strong submissions to the Department demonstrating the compelling and compassionate grounds for his further stay in Australia. The Department has accepted our submissions and approved the waiver
request.

Great relief. We are glad that we have performed to our client's expectations.

Congratulations to our client on her visa grant for Sponsored Parent(Temporary) (Subclass 870) for 3 years.

In this matter, the applicant has severe health issues. We have prepared detailed submissions to satisfy the delegate that the granting of the visa would be unlikely to result in undue costs or prejudice to access of an Australian citizen or permanent resident to health care or community services.

The delegate has accepted our arguments and provided the applicant with a "PIC 4007 Health Waiver".

Another win in Migration & Refugee Division at the Administrative Appeal Tribunal

Congratulations to our clients Mr Singh and Mrs Kaur. Both applicants' 485 (Temporary Graduate Visa) was cancelled by the Department under Section 116 of the Migration Act. Today, due to our strong submissions and presentation skills, the Tribunal set aside the decision under review and substitute a decision not to cancel the first named applicant’s subclass 485.

The tribunal is satisfied that the applicant’s contribution to society is genuine, and he is sincere and credible in his desire to make a meaningful contribution to the Australian community.
