Rowan, thank you for being the one who backs me, encourages the crazy ideas, listens to the work stories you definitely didn’t ask for, and keeps everything going when life, business and kids get wonderfully chaotic.

Sault Law Group might have my name on the door, but there’s a pretty incredible husband standing behind it all.

At least 6.5 million Australians risk having their superannuation paid to someone other than their intended beneficiary.

Only one in four Australians are confident they have a legally binding nomination in place for their superannuation, while more than a third have not made any nomination at all.

Although commonly used, non-binding nominations may not ensure a person’s wishes are followed if a dispute occurs.
