Steve Novak joins our team!

Wakefield Lawyers are pleased to have welcomed experienced lawyer, Steve Novak to the firm in March.

Steve completed his Bachelor of Laws at Deakin University in 2009 and was admitted to practice in 2011. Once admitted as a lawyer, he practiced in Melbourne for fifteen years.

Steve takes a client-focused approach, working closely with individuals to understand their circumstances and concerns. Steve places a strong emphasis on ensuring his clients understand the legal framework surrounding their matter, enabling them to make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.

Steve is able to assist in the areas of conveyancing and property law, including complex property matters, family law, wills and estates and general commercial matters. Based at the firm’s Drouin office, Steve also attends the Warragul office weekly for client appointments.

Sean Linehan joins our team!

Wakefield Lawyers are pleased to have welcomed experienced local lawyer, Sean Linehan, to the firm last month.

Sean commenced his legal career working at the Supreme Court of Victoria, for thirteen years. During that time, he achieved his Bachelor of Laws. Once admitted as a lawyer, he practiced in South Gippsland, for over thirteen years.

Sean is enjoying the opportunity to work with the team at Wakefield Lawyers. He will continue to represent clients in the areas of family law, litigation, criminal law and intervention orders.
