When the selling agent and buyers agent are on the same page, it’s a great result for the vendor and purchaser.
This one involved extensive negotiations to get the Contract terms 100% compliant with the buyer’s legal requirements.
Open communication between all parties, and it eventually came together. All boxes ticked. Sold sticker on!
