A bit about me, my name is Sophia Miller and I am a Licensed Conveyancer and owner of the business Settle Petal Mo

bile Conveyancing. I have been employed in the legal industry for over 30 years starting out as a junior and working my way up to a Conveyancer obtaining my Licence in 2007. I provide an accurate and cost-efficient service in all aspects of conveyancing. I also provide an upfront Schedule of my professional fees and disbursements, so you know what you are paying at the beginning of the transaction, with no hidden fees. I use the latest technology and I am registered for PEXA on-line settlements and Revenue NSW EDR, so I am able to process internally almost all stamping and settlements. My purpose is to ensure I provide a service to you that makes the conveyancing transaction as stress free as possible and believe that communication is the key and will keep you advised of the progress of your transaction every step of the way. I am always available to answer any questions you may have.
