An important reminder: Have you prepared a Will? Avoid leaving a mess for your family to sort out which can be a costly and stressful experience for all those involved. Due to the SA Government recently recommending people to work from home for the next 2 – 3 weeks, all appointments will proceed via telephone and remotely. Naturally, we will be available via email/phone and therefore do not anticipate any interruption to our services. At this stage, such measures will remain in place until early February 2022.

We are committed to do our best to provide a safe environment for both staff and clients and to avoid any interruption to running our business.

UPDATE 20 July 2021

Crescent Lawyers is COVID-19 safe and currently working remotely during the lockdown from 20 July 2021.

We are available to provide ongoing legal services via email, phone and video conferencing including Zoom and Teams.

All existing appointments will proceed as Telephone or Zoom/Teams appointments. If you require clarification or any assistance please do not hesitate to contact us on 8312 7055.

SA Government Level 5 Requirements permit essential legal services that are not able to be provided remotely or electronically, such as executing a will in person. Therefore, Will signing appointments at the office will proceed on a case by case basis, with mask wearing at all times.

The Law Society has provided advice concerning those in self-isolation needing to sign a Will without it being witnessed subject to certain requirements. Further advice can be provided on request.

The safety of our staff, clients and visitors to our office is our highest priority. We continue to monitor the situation and follow social distancing and maintain hygiene protocols including sanitising of the office area.
