We have an entry level training position for a school leaver. In this position you will gain on-the-job training and practice though a collaboration between the employer, apprenticeships Australia, Orion Training and the Federal Government.

Your learning and assessments will be all done at work and all directly practical and you will get paid as well as obtaining your tafe qualifications in Accounts Administration and Xero fully funded by us. These are bookkeeping qualifications.

STUDENT VISA HOLDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR AN AUSTRALIAN APPRENTICESHIP.

We are looking for someone who will have a long-term focus and commitment to staying in the job after their traineeship is complete.

We expect you to have:
1. Excellent English and typing skills
2. A resilient personality, able to handle the tough situations that arise in the lives of our clients (family violence, crime, etc)
3. Ability to handle working in a stressful environment where time pressures such as court deadlines need to be met
4. A team spirit
5. A coachable humble attitude. Ready to learn. Ready to apply what is learned.

What we will provide:
1. Paid training
2. 3 or 4 day week 9am - 3pm work week.
3. Award wages
