Today we celebrate 31 years of Robert having his own practice. We celebrated with cake (of course).

Happy Anniversary Robert, we thank you for your hard work and dedication to your clients and staff.

Thanks Rocky, it’s been a great trip.

A sensational result for my client. We did considerably better than we initially thought was possible.

It goes to show that solid preparation and good presentation of material makes the difference.

Full acknowledgment to my Counsel, Paul Rutledge who did a sterling job on his feet and Tiara and Blu at BurnsLaw who helped put it together. It’s all about the teamwork.

An initial sentence estimate of five years to be released on parole after 20 months came down to four years suspended for four years after serving six months.

That’s a massive difference of 14 months served and a very very happy client and his family.

Also got the opportunity to catch up with my wonderful aunt Joan and my second cousin Courtney, who is herself a budding lawyer with Police Prosecutions.

The digs here are quite comfortable for an older place. Close to the Court and not all that expensive either.
