Please note that the Townsville Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts are closed today and all matters will be adjourned administratively, except for in-custody matters for the Townsville Watchhouse that will be heard by the Brisbane Magistrates Court.

URGENT - TOWNSVILLE COURTS TEMPORARY CLOSURES - MONDAY 3 FEBRUARY 2025

The Townsville Registry of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia will be closed on Monday, 3 February 2025. All matters listed will be adjourned / reallocated. It is expected that matters on the Duty List will be adjourned with more information provided once the weather event has passed.

In custody matters for the Townsville watchhouse will be heard by the Brisbane Magistrates Court. All other matters will be administratively adjourned.
