Our Story

Raine & Horne Toowoomba has been in business since 1997, servicing the real estate needs of people in the Toowoomba Region & is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland. Over the years our office & team have been the recipients of many awards, not only within the Raine & Horne group, but also from outside sources. Our success in 2017-2018 has been overwhelming with the Team being named the number 1 office in Queensland & number 3 for number of sales in Australia in 2016. Our Dynamic, Professional Property Management Team also won the award for 2018 Top Property Management Office at the 2019 Raine & Horne State Awards. Our office in Toowoomba has proved to be extremely stable since opening its doors, being the only office in the local area to retain the same owner & franchise group. Stability is important to us & so is the local community. Our office is fully computerised & as a standard we utilise many of the software systems available to the industry & beyond. We understand that time is money & that we need to provide a service that is efficient not only for us, but for you, our client. Since 1997, we have grown to accommodate 6 salespeople plus a sales assistant. Among this diverse group of men & women, ALL our team members are “award winning” salespeople within the Toowoomba Office, the Queensland Group as well as Nationwide. Our young, dynamic Property Management team consists of 8 Team members & they now manage over 670 properties in the local & surrounding areas. It is our reputation for honesty & fairness that are part of the reason that people not only keep coming back to us but also send their friends & family.
