🌟 Fit-Out Fridays - Edition 4 | Pressurised Cleaning Services🌟

It’s Fit-Out Friday and this week we’re giving a shoutout to Pressurised Cleaning Services .

The team came in to clean the outside of the Better Lawyers Group Office, getting the building ready for a fresh new slick of paint. It’s one of those important behind-the-scenes jobs that makes a huge difference to the final result.

As the fit out continues, every detail is helping bring the new office to life, from the internal works through to the exterior presentation. A clean, well-prepped building is the perfect starting point for the next stage of the transformation.

Thanks to the team at Pressurised Cleaning Services for helping us get the outside of the building looking sharp and ready for what’s next.

Last Friday, Chloe had the pleasure of spending time at TRACTION for Young People's new base at Groom Park for their first Toowoomba Bike Build. 🚲🔧

The day brought together local business and community leaders to work alongside young people fresh from a TRACTION program, with the young people taking the lead and guiding each step of the build.

Chloe was grouped with Gillian from LJ Ho**er Commercial Toowoomba and Tanaya from the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce, and from all accounts, there were plenty of laughs, great conversations and a few lightbulb moments along the way.

It was fantastic to see the confidence, capability and enthusiasm of the young people involved, and to witness firsthand the impact TRACTION is having in helping young people discover their strengths and build momentum for the future.

A big thank you to Sean and the TRACTION team for the incredible work they do in our community.

🌟 Fit-Out Fridays - Edition 3 | Jim’s Skip Bins Toowoomba & Bellinger Interior Linings 🌟

This week, we are excited to feature two more businesses who have been helping bring the new Better Lawyers Group office to life.

First, we thank Jim’s Skip Bins, who have been assisting throughout the demolition stage by providing skip bins for the removal of building materials, rubbish and all the behind-the-scenes waste that comes with a project of this size. I think we are up to skip bin #14..

While it may not be the most glamorous part of a fit-out, having reliable skip bins on site has been essential in keeping the project moving and helping the space clear out ready for the next stages.

We also thank Bellinger Interior Linings, who have been assisting with the internal framing and lining works as the office begins to take shape. Their work forms an important part of transforming the empty space into the finished office our team will soon call home.

We are grateful to both Jim’s Skip Bins and Bellinger Interior Linings for their work and support throughout this stage of the project.

🌟 Fit - Out Fridays - Edition 2 | Dewar Group🌟

This week, we thank DEWAR Group, who assisted with the important early works at our new Margaret Street office.

Before the exciting transformation could begin, there was some serious groundwork to be done — including the demolition of the carport at the rear of the building and the safe removal of asbestos. Dewar Group assisted with this critical stage, helping clear the way for the next phase of works and bringing us one step closer to creating our new office space.

Dewar Group are Toowoomba-based specialists in demolition, asbestos removal and restoration services, with a focus on safe, professional and well-planned project work. Their team’s work behind the scenes has helped set the foundations for what is to come.

The Better Lawyers Team is very excited to be on the move soon, as our beautiful new office space comes to life in the Toowoomba CBD.

To celebrate the wonderful trades and suppliers who we have had the pleasure of working with on this amazing project, we will be featuring some of them every Friday until we move in, in our 'Fit-Out Fridays' series! Sneak peeks may also occur...

To kick us off this week, we thank VHD Studio, who have been part of the project from the very beginning. Having worked with Peta on two previous office designs, Craig and the VHD Team helped take our initial ideas, concepts and vision for the new office and transform them into a building design unique to the Toowoomba office scene.

We are grateful for their creativity, guidance and support throughout the design process.
