On Friday, Courtney and Riley spent the morning with fellow Toowoomba Business Partners for a development session exploring DISC Behavioural Profiling, led by Brendan Ellis.

It was a morning of great conversation, plenty of fun learning and a chance to better understand the different ways people communicate and interact.

At Finch Legal, creating genuine, long-term relationships with our clients is central to how we do business. And great relationships start with understanding people.

Taking the time to learn more about behavioural and communication styles gives us another opportunity to think about how we listen, how we communicate and how we adapt to the individual sitting across the table.
