What an incredible effort from our team, on the rare occasion we have ALL of our commercial rentals leased! As some may be aware, our team manages close on 200 properties, which has kept us well and truly busy. We also decided to move with the times and change over our software system so that it is now all "cloud based". The changeover went relatively smoothly with it now streamlining a lot of our in office processes. What an absolute crazy and busy week that we have had, 6x properties have now been successfully leased just before we close for the Christmas holidays, our office will be closed from this afternoon (24/12/20) until the 4th of January 2021, Rechter Commercial Staff hope that every one has a Happy and Safe New Years with their families and we will see you all in the New Year!

Rechter Commercial Management has continued to operate throughout the covid-19 lockdown period, negotiating rentals between the tenants and Landlords to suitable and agreed outcomes. The Omnibus Emergency Measures Commercial were updated and extended now until the 31st of December 2020 but we are still having strong enquiry on most of our properties. We are now able to conduct private inspections for the properties we currently have available for lease, by ringing Wendy Rechter on 0419 548 503 for an appointment time. With all our private inspections we ask all clients to abide by the 1.5m rule as well as wear appropriate face masks and use hand sanitiser before and after inspections.
