When there is genuine competition, auctions can create an outcome that feels fair for everyone involved.

My favourite part is always the end. Seeing the buyer and seller shake hands, share a smile, and knowing a special home is starting its next chapter with a new family is something that never gets old ♥️

I’ve been very lucky to have Mat Steinwede and John McGrath in my corner coaching me since day 1, helping shape the way I think, work and operate. Now I’m very excited to add high performance and mindset coach Niik Stewart to my team.
