I worked out pretty early that in business and sport, talent only gets you so far. You’re only as good as your discipline, your energy, your mindset, your willingness to keep showing up, and the people in your corner pushing you to be better.
I’ve been very lucky to have Mat Steinwede and John McGrath in my corner coaching me since day 1, helping shape the way I think, work and operate. Now I’m very excited to add high performance and mindset coach Niik Stewart to my team.
