🚔 Possess prohibited weapon
Charges withdrawn by Police and dismissed.

🚛 NHVR breach
Following a defended hearing. Charges dismissed.

Following a defended hearing. Charges dismissed and costs awarded to our client for $4000.

🚔 7 charges assault/intimidate
CCTV evidence. We negotiated a plea highlighting the issues in the chain of evidence, down to one charge and a fine only.

🚨Bail for murder
Against opposition by the Crown we got those bail conditions reduced.

🚚 NHVR withdrew a ticket and elected to charge my client. We convinced the court to give them a s10- no fine, no conviction.

👩‍⚖️Court finds NHVR investigation lacks— and costs follow.

The Court was not satisfied that the investigation undertaken met the standard required. The charges were dismissed and costs were awarded to our client.

Regulatory prosecutions must be built on proper investigation, proper evidence, and proper process. When they are not, they should not proceed.

👨‍⚖️Seatbelt camera offence- dismissed
We successfully court elected and ran a hearing against TfNSW. The court found in our clients favour despite the photos- ❌ not guilty

🚔Defendant of an AVO
We successfully defended an order in a hearing. ❌ no order

🚛Speeding - average speed camera
We successfully argued for a professional driver to receive a non conviction and no fine. ❌ no conviction or demerit points

💰$2090 costs awarded for our client.
NSWPF were not ready for a hearing and served their evidence late. Costs awarded against NSWPF payable to our client.

🚛 569 notice withdrawn
A notice issued to our client was arguably vague. We wrote to the NHVR and the notice was withdrawn. ❌ no notice

🚔 Sexual assault- charges withdrawn
Following extensive negotiations the DPP withdrew serious charges against our client, once we set out the evidence gaps and weaknesses in their case. ❌ charges withdrawn.

📝Licence appeal - 3 months to 2 weeks
Our client needed their licence for work. We were able to appeal her demerit point suspension so she only received 2 weeks off the road instead of 3 months.
