Workdynamic Australia is excited to announce the promotion of Gella Rips to the position of Director, effective today, 1 July 2025.
Gella commenced with Workdynamic in January 2022 as an Executive Counsel and has been invaluable in providing strategic and commercial advice to our clients, as well as a friend and mentor to our colleagues.

On Thursday 22 May, Workdynamic team members came together for Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea to raise funds for cancer research.
We shared delicious treats and raised a cup for all who fight and fought, and together we have raised $750. Workdynamic will match this figure, bringing our 2025 total to $1,500 for Cancer Council Australia 🍵
