BREAKING NEWS :Today we at Murphy's Lawyers, defended Tamer Uzun charged after being attacked by a drunk Paul Kent as he, a non drinker, left Totti's restaurant with girlfriend & another couple. Mr Uzun, after being knocked down by Kent's associate, testified Kent then spat in his face. NOT GUILTY.

Breaking News: Prosperine Magistrate's Court. Case dismissed. Not at fault. My client Robbie Awad was driving a golf buggy on his honeymoon when it rolled causing the death of his wife. Mr Awad found to be not guilty of driving without due care and attention causing death.

Sacked News Ltd and Foxtel employee Paul Kent has pleaded guilty to affray. The matter will continue at 2.20pm when the presiding magistrate will determine the penalty for the crime.

At 10:33pm 29April, last night, I took instructions to act for one of the two accused of affray, the man walking backwards, featured in the Paul Kent video circulating on social media. I will be defending the matter. My client was out for dinner with his wife and another couple at Totti's Rozelle Italian restaurant. He does not consume alcoholic drinks.

I noticed smartly dressed security guard Faraz Tahir patrolling at Westfield when I was there before the slaughter began. The only man killed. A hero who gave his life trying to protect Eastern Suburbs shoppers. A refugee and Muslim hero of his faith. Rest In Peace.

I was a founder Law Society Children's Court scheme. I spent years there.I have never seen more damage done than locking up a child. One hung himself. I have voted Labor every time but will never vote for Labor with Premier Chris Minns if he continues with legislation that makes it harder for kids to get bail. Not a working class party man.

Honest man I know left Woolworths forgetting to pay for a few items, explained it was an oversight. They called the police. He will face court. A physical act without mental element of intent to steal. I will defend him and am 100% certain to win. A year of jacking up prices at Woolworths beyond the inflation rate? How honest is that.
