We are pleased to welcome Pukar Wagley to the Farasat Immigration team as part of our Paralegal Training Program (PTP), delivered through the Sellanes Farasat Immigration Lab.

Pukar is currently in his final year of the Juris Doctor at Western Sydney University. Through the PTP, he is gaining practical experience and developing his expertise in immigration law.

Prior to joining our firm, Pukar completed an internship with Criminal Defence Lawyers Australia.

Pukar is dedicated to building a strong foundation in immigration law and looks forward to contributing to our team as he progresses toward a future Paralegal role with the firm.

We acknowledge with deep respect the Survivors of the Stolen Generations, who as children were forcibly removed from their families, communities, culture and Country.

We honour and remember those Survivors who have passed, and pay our respects to the families and communities who continue to carry the profound loss and ongoing grief caused by these injustices.
