From 3 weeks without a tenant to a holding deposit in just 6 days. 👏

Here's a recent leasing result from XGEM Property Management:

📍 27 Wattle Ave, Villawood NSW 2163

The owner had been trying to lease the property themselves at $700 per week.

After approximately three weeks on the market without securing a tenant, they decided to hand the property over to XGEM.

We listed the property online on 30 September.

Following the open inspection, we received 6 applications and selected a qualified tenant.

By 6 October — just 6 days after the XGEM listing went live — the holding deposit had been received.

The property is now being leased on a 12-month lease at:

💰 $720 PER WEEK

That's $20 more per week than the previous asking rent, equivalent to an additional $1,040 in gross annual rent.

A great result for the owner and a great outcome for the new tenants. 🏡🔑
