Are you investing to feel good? Maybe to impress others?

We invest only to make money.

Being unemotional is more difficult than it sounds. Committing to an;
1. Undesirable suburb
2. Older house
3. Small or misshaped block
4. Lots of vacant land and/or close to undesirable surroundings like commercial estates
5. ...and many more "undesirable" characteristics

Parmelia WA was all of these things 2.5 years ago - and in many respects, still is. Yet the properties we bought has DOUBLED in value. Yes - 100% growth in 2.5 years. Bought and sold with no work done.

I remember clients being offended and emotionally distraught that we would dare present them a house or an area like this. And we still deal with the same thing today (in other areas of course). In hindsight, I'm sure there's regret.

If the numbers and the fundamentals for growth stack up - that's all that matters.
