Another great outcome for our client, who has recently been granted a Protection Visa (subclass 866) in Australia.

Our client is from Myanmar and faced a significant risk of persecution, including the risk of being forcibly conscripted into military service under the current military regime. This outcome provides him with safety, stability, and the opportunity to build his future in Australia free from fear. He is well educated and has received higher education from top university in Australia. We are sure that he will continue to make a positive contribution to Australian society while building his future here.

We are grateful to have assisted him through this important journey and are pleased to see a positive result achieved.

Congratulations to our client, and we wish him every success in the next chapter of his life in Australia.

Another successful outcome 🎉
Protection (subclass 866) Visa
We are very pleased to share that our client, a mother and her daughter from Pakistan, have been granted protection in Australia.

We are proud to have represented them and are very happy they can now live safely here in this beautiful country Australia. This was one of the most complex cases we have worked on. We thank everyone who was involved in this process, including the team at the Department of Home Affairs.

We are very happy to share that we have won another protection/Humanitarian visa matter at the Administrative Review Tribunal for our client.

The client is from the Chittagong Hill Tracts in Bangladesh, a proud Indigenous who has faced serious persecution back home and continues to speak up for his people from Australia.

The Tribunal accepted that he would face a significant harm if returned and set aside the Department's decision. From this decision, it is evident that Indigenous people in the Chittagong Hill Tracts are facing serious persecution, yet their situation remains largely underreported in international media. In particular, under the current interim regime in that country, the Chittagong Hill Tracts have become an extremely volatile region where Indigenous communities have little to no state protection.
