Happy Friday to all our followers 🎉
Another busy week at KDA Legal this week, in which we (among many other things):
1. Hired a new paralegal (welcome Jules!) to help our litigation team;
2. Settled four litigation matters;
3. Commenced another litigation matter;
4. Have either appeared at, lodged documents or engaged in correspondence with representatives of the Supreme, District and Local Courts and NCAT for various clients engaged in litigious matters;
5. Onboarded a number of new clients we are eager to help through their respective matters, including litigation and general corporate advice;
6. Attended a mediation which looks likely to settle in the next few weeks;
7. Finalised a number of commercial transactions including conveyances and building contract matters;
8. Had a day off ❌ (not this week, unfortunately....)
