An indicator of real estate investors back in the market taking advantage of the price growth in the early stages of the regional towns, and hoping to ride the wave of equity growth in these areas.

Property Investors and Home Buyers

We are driven to give the buyer the representation they deserve.

Property Buy Group was founded by Andrew, an experienced property investor.

Andrew experienced first hand how time-consuming and stressful buying a property can be. When it comes to buying a property, whether it is a dream home or an investment property, most people go about it alone without any qualified expertise to guide them, or worse, take advice from the real estate agent (someone who legally represents the seller with their best interests in mind). Wouldn’t it make sense to have professional guidance and representation when it comes to what could be the biggest purchase in your lifetime?

These experiences have led Andrew to establish Property Buy Group, to help buyers with their property purchasing journey, whether it is for a family home or to achieve financial independence or to build generational wealth.
