Has your property been damaged by WestConnex tunnelling or construction?
Dentons and Omni Bridgeway would like to hear from you!
WestConnex is a 33-kilometre predominately underground motorway scheme currently under construction in Sydney, NSW. The motorway scheme is a joint project of the New South Wales and Australian governments.
Multiple landowners have reported damage to their property as a result of the construction of the WestConnex tunnel. Property damage can occur from tunnelling vibration, changes in soil moisture content and soil settlement, causing ground movement underneath your property.
We are pleased to inform you that Dentons Australia and Omni Bridgeway are now exploring the commencement of a class action on behalf of property owners who have suffered loss and damage as a result of the construction of the WestConnex tunnel underneath their properties.
Registration of Interest
Dentons and Omni Bridgeway are now taking registrations of interest from residents who are, or might be, affected by the WestConnex construction.
This is an exciting next step towards the commencement of a class action on behalf of residents who have suffered loss and damage as a result of the construction of the WestConnex tunnels under their properties.
Omni Bridgeway has set up a registration page - https://portal.omnibridgeway.com/cases/register/westconnex-overview.
We urge you to register your interest if your property is along the route of the WestConnex tunnelling or if you have been affected by the construction.
Registering with Omni Bridgeway is only an expression of interest in relation to the class action, including to receive updates about the progress of the action and to be provided further information in relation to litigation funding. Registering your interest does not bind you or obligate you to participate in the class action if it commences.
More information about the investigation of the class action can be found on our website - www.westconnexclassaction.com.au.
Omni Bridgeway, with Dentons Australia, is investigating potential claims by property owners who have suffered loss and damage as a result of the WestConnex tunnel.
