🏡 From 1 July 2026 there has been a big change to our industry. Mak Conveyancing is prepared and will make it as easy as possible for clients to have all correct checks, forms and requirements in place in accordance with new Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Regulations.

Wow it’s nearly the end of the financial year and what a big month it has been.
I have travelled Europe with my family! And want to thank our clients for allowing me the space to enjoy these moments and make memories.
We still had a record amount of settlements and amazing new clients coming on board. Also receiving some feedback that we are forever grateful for and wanted to share.

What a year! A big one personally and professionally. My little business keeps on getting bigger and bigger each year. This year we are now a company, added the beautiful Amy as an employee, more matters and meeting more amazing clients! 2026 we have big plans to move office (still within Sutherland) and much more.
