⭐️KAREN - SOLICTOR⭐️

Karen studied a Bachelor of Laws at Murdoch University, and then went on to complete a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with The Piddington Society in conjunction with the Australian National University. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2018.

Karen has practiced in criminal law in both metropolitan and regional areas of Western Australia. She is experienced in court advocacy, including bail applications, spent conviction applications, sentencings and trials. She has also demonstrated success in negotiating with prosecuting authorities.

Karen likes to approach each matter with understanding, integrity, and a clear commitment to advancing her client’s best interests.

Outside of the office you will likely find Karen and her dog Stella at the beach.

⭐️LINDA - SOLICITOR⭐️

Linda was admitted to the Supreme Court of WA in 2019 after completing her Practical Legal Training at Albert Wolff Chambers.

Linda is passionate about social justice, and this led to her employment at the Aboriginal Legal Service of WA where she specialised in criminal litigation. Whilst appearing on various criminal matter types, her focus was primarily on family violence matters.

Linda has experience representing clients at trial, sentencing and bail applications. She has also achieved favourable results for clients when negotiating with prosecution.

Linda seeks to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients whilst supporting them through to the conclusion of their matters.

In her spare time, Linda enjoys connecting with nature and spending time with her pets.

⭐️YASMIN - LEGAL PRACTICE DIRECTOR⭐️

Prior to starting Chambers Legal, Yasmin was a Partner at a large national firm.

She has spent the majority of her career practicing in criminal law. She is passionate about criminal defence work, and she appears regularly in the Magistrates Court and District Court, either representing the client herself, or in conjunction with well-known and well-regarded Perth barristers.

Yasmin often receives referrals from previous clients or other solicitors due to her straightforward and honest approach to the handling of her cases.

She is friendly and approachable, but will advocate hard for you when needed.

Prior to starting Chambers Legal, Arina worked at a boutique firm in Perth, practicing in criminal law.

Criminal law is her passion, and she appears regularly in the Magistrates Court and District Court for a range of matters, both contested and uncontested.

She has strong ties to a number of top barristers in Perth, who she can call upon to represent you as counsel when required.
