We are excited to announce a new chapter as our newest Accredited Family Law Specialist, Oliver Lacey, takes the helm as Principal of Doolan Wagner Family Lawyers.

Oliver will be building on a legacy of smart and sensible family law advice. His expert team, including Lisa Wagner as special counsel, remains committed to helping families transition through one of the most difficult times of their lives.

A big congratulations to our Senior Associate, Oliver Lacey, for passing his assessments for specialist accreditation. Oliver will be eligible to become an Accredited Specialist in Family Law as of 1 November 2024.

Our ability to provide sophisticated advice to family law clients comes from the professionalism and dedication of our staff. We are proud to have three Accredited Specialists in Family Law in our team of six.

We all really enjoyed our time volunteering with the Salvation Army team as part of the dress rehearsal for the Woolworths Carols in the Domain.

The Salvation Army, along with generous supporters, make it possible for families in crisis to celebrate Christmas; this means gifts under the tree, food on the table and a safe place for families experiencing homelessness.

Also noteworthy is that this was 40th Anniversary of Woolworths Carols in the Domain.

What is Collaborative Family Law and how does it work?

This course teaches the interdisciplinary model of Collaborative Practice, enabling differing professional disciplines to work together to assist separating families.
