Family Law – Divorce applications, child custody applications, property settlements. We can give you legal advice on matters such as traffic infringements, domestic violence, criminal charges, police investigations and licence applications. We will speak with you and help you thoroughly prepare for your matter, no matter how long this will take. We will be with you at any court appearance and represent you in court before the Magistrate or Judge. How Much Is It Going to Cost? This is a question that you should ask your lawyer upfront. You can request to be charged at an hourly rate, or alternatively we are happy to provide you with a fixed fee to complete your matter (or various stages of your matter). We will give you an outline and estimate of your costs at your first consultation with us. What If I'm Not in South East Queensland? That is not a problem; we will travel to the court at which your matter is to be heard.
