DID YOU KNOW: According to Money Magazine, the average cost of separation in Australia can be between $50,000 and $100,000?

Let’s look at why this happens.

One big reason separation costs get so high is that people often aren’t encouraged to try mediation.

Without it, the process can drag on and end up in court, even when mediation could have solved things sooner.

At dignity.legal, we aren’t interested in squeezing every dollar we can out of our clients. We focus on helping families reach amicable and dignified outcomes through constructive problem-solving and a practical “get on with life” approach.

By resolving issues earlier and avoiding unnecessary court proceedings where possible, we help keep costs down and give families a clearer path forward.

Facilitated negotiation is one of the dispute resolution services we offer at dignity.edr. Whether in person or otherwise, our team will help you to separate with reduced conflict and an eye to the future.
