Our team recently went out to celebrate both the end of the financial year and my 10 year anniversary as a lawyer 🎉🍾

It's incredible to see how much funds can be raised when we all rally together as a community for an important cause ❤️ Thank you to everyone who donated and provided their support!

$10 MILLION! 💙 The Vinnies CEO Sleepout smashed records this year, raising $10 million nationally. It was great to stop by and cheer on our local legends who were braving the winter cold for one night to help transform the lives of Australians doing it tough. Thank you to everyone who participated!

🎉 Exciting news for us in Estate Planning as Anthony Albanese and Jim Chalmers announced in a press conference this morning that all testamemtary discretionary trusts will be exempt from the proposed 30% minimum tax on discretionary trusts!

This means that all of the current advantages that we preach for our clients will remain the same 🎉

This time tomorrow I will be taking part in my first Vinnies Ceo Sleepout to raise money for those experiencing homelessness.

It is just one night out in the cold for us participating but there are 122,000 people in Australia that face this every night and don't have a home to return to.

Any donations made will be used to provide support, crisis accommodation, food and emergency assistance to those in need and no donation is too small!

I am taking part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout this year to raise much needed funds to support those in our community experiencing homelessness.

There is currently around 5 weeks left until the sleepout and for tomorrow, donations of up to $1,000 each will be matched, until the total pool of $50,000 runs out.

It is going to be a long, uncomfortable night, but it’s nothing compared to what 122,000 people in Australia face every day. Homelessness is on the rise across the country, and by sleeping out, I hope to raise at least $5000 for Vinnies’ life-changing support services. Your donation can provide crisis accommodation, food, and emergency assistance.

Celebrating today as Mostyn Legal turns 3 and we have another lawyer, Brooke Parker, who has joined our growing team 🥳!

Starting the firm 3 years ago is still one of the best decisions I have made and I am forever grateful for all of the support, encouragement, referrals and for the journey so far ❤️ Very much looking forward to the years ahead and a huge thank you for all of those that have supported us along the way.

It has been an amazing couple of weeks presenting at all the different Warrigal aged care homes on the topic of Wills and Estate Planning 📢

We were able to attend Bundanoon, Shell Cove, Albion Park, Figtree and Wollongong (to name a few) and provide valuable insight and advice on this important topic 🎤 It is refreshing to step out of the office and be able to share knowledge in such a beautiful setting. Thankful as always for these oppurtunities that present themselves.
