We now have two Justices of the Peace!

The Kate Mailer & Associates office has had many exciting additions, including another Justice of the Peace. Also referred to as a “JP”, the primary roles of a JP are to witness a person making a statutory declaration or affidavit, and to certify copies of original documents.

This is a complimentary service we offer so if you require a Justice of the Peace, give our office a call!

It was wonderful to come together in support of the Cancer Council and help raise vital funds for cancer research, prevention programs, advocacy, and support services for those affected by cancer.

We’re also proudly involved in the Cancer Council’s Legal Referral Service, helping people impacted by cancer access free legal advice when they need it most.

As in previous years, 100% of your booking fee will be donated directly to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service.

Wills Week is a great opportunity to have one of our professional solicitors provide advice to establish your first Will or update an existing Will. The cost is $160 for a single person or $300 for a couple making mutual Wills.

Please note that your Wills Week appointment fee does not include the drafting of Power of Attorney or Enduring Guardianship documents although we will be more than happy to discuss the preparation of these documents with you should you wish to do so.
