Central Coast buyer:

“Excellent!”

Also Central Coast buyer:
“Five minutes at 6:00am?”
“Five minutes on a Saturday?”
“Five minutes during school pick-up?”
“Five minutes when everyone in Sydney has decided to visit Terrigal?” 😳

And then there's the ultimate Central Coast measurement of distance: “It’s just over the hill.” Which could mean anything. 😂

Whether your dream home is five minutes from Terrigal Beach, somewhere between Avoca and Kincumber, or “just down the road” from Gosford, we’ll leave the traffic predictions to someone else.

You’re inspecting a property on the Central Coast and the backyard looks perfectly straightforward. Fence here. Neighbour there. Surely that’s the boundary?

Not necessarily.

Fences, retaining walls, driveways and landscaping don’t always sit exactly on the legal boundaries of a property — particularly with older homes that have changed over many years.

That can become important if you’re planning to:

🔨 build a shed, garage or granny flat

It can also matter where improvements appear very close to a boundary or where neighbouring properties share unusual access arrangements.
