▪ Purchasing a newly built or established home up to $600,000?
= No Transfer Duty payable

▪ Purchasing an established home up to $800,000?
= Concessional Transfer Duty is payable

▪ Purchasing vacant land up to $450,000?
= No Transfer Duty payable

▪ Purchasing vacant land up to $550,000?
= Concessional Transfer Duty is payable

*The property cap for the $10,000 First Home-Owner Grant will also increase
from $750,000 to $800,000.
