ALL IN
Reconciliation is the collective work of building a resilient nation rooted in respectful relationships.

It describes an inclusive Australia that truly values Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples—honoring their history, celebrating their culture, and investing in their future.

Reconciliation is not passive; it is an action that must be reflected in every word we speak, every decision we make, and every connection we forge within our community.

ALL IN

Reconciliation means working together to build a nation defined by healthy, respectful relationships. It requires an inclusive society that champions the history, culture, and future of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Ultimately, reconciliation is an action—a commitment woven into our words, our decisions, and the very fabric of our community relationships.

Anyone can experience family violence, and anyone can help end it. You don’t need to be an expert.

Because family violence often happens out of sight, the signs can be hard to spot. But trust your gut. If something feels wrong, chances are you’re right.

We all deserve to be safe, respected and valued in all our relationships. No matter what form it takes, family violence is never acceptable. If you’re experiencing abuse, help is available. Learn more at www.areyousafeathome.org.au.

LEVEL UP!
Law students at Murdoch University, do you want to level up your practical legal exposure?

Come and get some experience at the SCALES Law Clinic under the guidance of seasoned professionals in partnership with Murdoch University. Students will delve into a range of legal areas, including criminal, tenancy, civil, compensation, family, consumer, and traffic law at our Rockingham office, or human rights, refugee and discrimination matters at our Murdoch campus office.

This initiative refines skills in legal drafting, research, advocacy, and client interaction, while also enhancing communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

Interested? On Monday 11th May 2026, Semester 2 Expression of Interests are open for the Law Clinics. Make sure you submit your EOIs before they close on Monday 25th May 2026.

Not sure if this is for you, read some of the feedback from past and current students below.
