I’m excited to share that Ready Set Sale is teaming up with Sonja from Our Family Cares. I’m often asked by clients whether I offer services like bond cleaning, and while that’s not part of what I do, I’ve been looking for a trusted business that offers those services with the same care, standards and work ethic I value at Ready Set Sale. After meeting Sonja, I knew straight away she was someone I’d be happy to recommend and work with.

We met today to film a few reels explaining what each of our businesses does, I’ll be sharing them with you over the next few days. Safe to say we are not professional content creators 🙈🤣 but we had a laugh and gave it our best shot. Time was of the essence with this property. The seller had already purchased elsewhere and after 3 months on the market with no offers they contacted Ben Williams - Re/max Real Estate who then contacted Ready Set Sale to assist with getting it ready for sale. The first offer was received just 7 days after the first open home, it went under contract 9 days later, unconditional 3 days after that and settled in 21 days! A fantastic result for everyone 🤩

Last week was really busy and I had some fantastic people helping out my clients. Davos GC Tip Runs not only helped with the removal of items for the tip but also bond cleaning a property, they are fantastic to deal with, honest, hardworking and really genuinely nice people. A lot of people don’t realise how much time is spent behind the scenes with the work that I do.
All my equipment gets a thorough clean after every job, I’m a bit of a germaphobe 🦠 🙊 it’s important that I’m not transferring any dirt or germs from one house to another. Around 90% of my clients have pets 🐶 🐱 so making sure that all the pet hair and dust is washed away before my next client is a non negotiable.
The same goes for bedding and soft furnishings, everything is washed to ensure it’s hygienically clean before it’s used in another property.
