New South Wales is one of the major states participating in the 190 visa program. Information about NSW nomination for the Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) in the 2022-23 financial year will be made available shortly.

There are some key points that an applicant must be aware:
1. Meeting the minimum eligibility requirements outlined above in no way guarantees you will be invited to apply for nomination.
2. Providing falsified or misleading information to NSW in support of your claims against our nomination criteria is taken very seriously
3. NSW Nomination is by invitation only. You cannot apply directly, or request an invitation.
4. If you have over-claimed your points or claim your points in error, you are not eligible to accept your NSW invitation if invited
Therefore, you must be extremely careful when lodging your EOI for the NSW nomination.

About the role

We are currently seeking a full-time Chinese speaking Education Consultant/Migration Consultant with at least 2 years of experience to join our professional team in Sydney.

In this role, you will:
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Actively seek out new clients who need education and migration services
• Attract and liaise with potential clients and provide them with accurate information
• Possess sound knowledge in the Australian education and migration industry
• Assist our clients in study enrolments and visa applications
• Assist our Principal Migration Agent in preparing documents for visa applications

What we require you
• At least two years of work experience in the education and migration industry
• Experienced in business development and relationship management
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels
• Mandarin speaking (bonus if you also speak Cantonese)
• Excellent English is both speaking and writing
• QEAC certified education consultant (bonus if you are also a Registered Migration Agent)
