Hi, my name is Giuseppe Cappellano,
I am a Mediation Practitioner
(NMAS (AMDRAS) Registered Accredited Mediator.)
Most people call me Joe, I have a background in Hospitality with a Diploma in Hospitality Management Specialising in Commercial Cookery and Patisserie, and I’m also familiar with Cyber Security and the Justice System, Having a Cert4 in Cyber Security and a Diploma of Justice, which is where my interest in Mediation began with Alternative Dispute Resolution studied during the Diploma.
I've been trained both by The Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria and Conflict Solvers.
I look forward to facilitating Mediation guiding you through the Mediation process which is a more relaxed, private, confidential environment setting. It's a greater cost effective process than litigation or court proceedings. Which is why it is recommended by the courts and Tribunal to try mediation first. It's a private and confidential discussion between people involved in the dispute alongside an impartial non-judgemental Mediator to assist you to find amicable solutions yourselves rather than someone else deciding for you.
