If you see a pattern of controlling behaviour in your relationship you should reach out for help. Everyone should feel their own sense of agency, and safe at home.

You can call 1800Respect or your local family violence or relationship centre.

Separation can be one of the most dangerous times as the perpetrator feels like they are losing control and their behaviour may escalate. Sometimes there is no physical violence in a relationship until after separation. It is important to plan a safe exit.

We are thrilled to announce we have moved back to Preston. After a six month stint in Coburg we couldn’t resist moving back to our roots when the opportunity arose.
